But seriously, I'm always reading negative stuff about the large internet bike suppliers. I bought an isis BB tool from Wiggle (my LBS is Partridge cycles near Exeter, which explains why I didn't go there!) Used it once yesterday and all the teeth broke off - metal made from cheese, and dodgy casting by the looks of it.

Any way, I emailed Wiggle with a couple of photos, and first this morning received an email apologising, and offering to send me a much higher quality replacement free of charge. Cheers! 😀
