Hi guys I've just experienced excellent customer service from Charles at Airshot so if your thinking about buying one then it's definitely something to keep in mind !

Stif cycles for me. Item ordered was out of stock, so they upgraded me to the newer better and more expensive item at no extra cost. Can't say fairer than that
OP did something go wrong with the Airshot then? I have one just wondered if there is something to watch out for. Cheers.
No I wanted an extra adaptor thats all. It's a great bit of kit.
My girlfriend cooked me a very nice dinner the other night though it had insufficient seasoning.
The issue was sorted out very quickly and a cold beer was added for the inconvenience.
