What possible use could building up strength on one arm have?

I can see benefits to that bike for people who have diminished power and proprioception in an arm following a stroke. Good bit of kit.

It's like a cross-trainer that you can take out of the gym? I dont want one but it's hardly the most ridiculous bit of kit imagined?

I'd hate to take a corner at speed on that thing. Its bringing me out in road-rash just thinking about it.
