Anybody ridden there? Can you recommend a good company to go with? Looking for good single track/tech stuff not balls out DH though...

I've been doing some spin classes at the local leisure centre recently.
I had no idea there were so many dodgy euro-trance versions of that bloody song!
And it's Ecuador. Gotta be loads of riding, the kayaking was awesome.
