The normal couple of hours of singletrack turned into 5 hours with the extra energy, I'm so tired I can barely lift my arms above my head!

you need recovery drink as well then ๐

You need Beet It [beetroot juice]. It's been better for me than any other energy drink I've tried in terms of not cramping up during the ride and also in the recovery period.
