Porridge and coffee for breakie before I leave, a granola bar or fig roll if over 2 hours and water in the bottle. I don't feel the need for anything else.

My pre ride breakfast is normally muesli and banana.
On my ride I normally take pita bread with peanut butter and rasbery jam in.
Flapjack is also good.
