[#7265248]

Very sorry if this has already been discussed but after Ard rock I've been bitten by the bug and want to do a few more.

Which ones are there out there and ones to avoid too technical wise as I'm still new to this 'Enduro'

And whats the crack with insurance ?

From Northumberland so prefer to enter ones in northern england area for now

Again apologise if this has already been covered.

PMBA Enduro has six events throughout the North, two left at Grisedale and Gisburn. Very friendly, no compulsory insurance or full face. Abigale has done three this year and they are first class

The closest ones to you will be those organised by Northern Downhill.

First Enduro I did was at Hamsterley with them and since then I've been hooked on 'em!

Looks like they've got three races left this year - clicky

+1 for NDH

some great beginner events and some bigger, harder events when your ready. Still a few left to do this year so don't miss out. Most will be a short drive for you as well. Good crowd and friendly atmosphere.

Be quick to get on the PMBA at Grizedale, there were just 15 or so places left the other day - I saw on FB.

Grizedale is round five which is the 2nd visit to there of the series, PMBA were trying to get a new venue for rd 5 and apparently Wharncliffe was muted as one option, Gnarr bikepark another but neither were able to materialise. this is why rd 5 was always a 'mystery' until they announced it would be Grizedale again.

hopefully they may be able to pull it off next year?

there are a load of race reports from previous rounds on the homepage too...

None, well unless they use the new black again as part of one of the stages.
