So i needed to replace my old Endura liner shorts as the pads were near the end of their life
So i bought a set of their top of the range EGM 800 liner shorts (not the bib version) in the same size i have always worn (size large)
I also bought a new pair of Endura Humvee shorts that come with their basic clickfast liner, again in my usual size
Now both pairs of liners fit perfectly apart from the lower leg by the grippers is a little loose in a small area, its like my legs are a little too narrow to fill the hole properly, which is odd as all the other Endura liners I've had didn't do this
Not looking for recommendations for any other brands of liners, ill be sticking with Endura which work for me, just curious to why the lower leg sections are no longer as tight as the old versions, has something changed or have my legs shrunk just above my knees
I've always found the click liners to be too narrow on the thighs - like they'd put small liners on medium shorts. If they've fixed that then I might try them again.
I have three pairs. I can’t wear them as they’re too tight… even though the humvees are a good fit!
This sounds like Endura sizing; I like their kit but none of my shorts or trousers fit consistently, even with the same model bought at the same time.
Another one who sees variations on Endura sizing. This is not necessarily between different fits such road Vs MTB, this is the same range and even same item..
I've just stopped buying Endura.
I recently bought a set of Humvee shorts and liners in small. The shorts fit my 32" waist perfectly. The liners would have been a good fit if I had 24" waist, pencil thighs and no genitals!

How much would you take for them?
I've found the opposite...need a large in the outer shorts and a medium in the liners. However, not tried those for a good few years now.
Another "liners don't seem to match the outers" vote here but opposite way to the OP.
I also found the poppers detached themselves at random almost like the inners are half a size smaller/less stretchy than the outers.
I just use some Van Rysel bibs under mine now.
I don't want to dress like a roadie on the MTB but in the heat and/or the wet it's got a lot more appeal for someone doing mostly "downcountry" 🤮 riding.
Stop skipping leg day.
No skipping leg day here, have been doing around 26 miles a day commuting in this nice weather, my upper body is a different story!
Anyway after the first ride this morning they have seemed to sort themselves out.

@joshvegas I returned them for a refund
Although I guess you were joking?
Classic Endura sizing. I bought 2 pairs of the same shorts with liners last year. One pair of shorts it about an inch smaller around the waist and one of the liners I gave to my son, as they were tiny!

🤣
Same as @scotroutes I have found that Endura liners are a size smaller than the shorts!! I need a L shorts and XL liner in the Humvee shorts which I do like. I buy separate liners now which I can then use with any shorts that I have.
