[Closed] Endura MT500 or Alp-X 2.0 Goretex Active Shell?

I have the Alp x and its the best thing i have bought. I was sick of boil in the bag jackets and this thing is not that. I was a bit weary of spending £200 on a jacket but for the past year it's been brilliant. One point NEVER wash it in anything but techwash. I made the mistake of washing it in non bio and after a while the coating went and i had to re-proof it.

I have a Goretex AS Shell jacket (not the Alp-X) and it is simply marvellous. I'd not hesitate to recommend one (and I tend to like Endura stuff too).

I've got the world's most tatty Alp-X; it's been great, and given my lack of skill, one of the best things about it is that Lancashire Sports Repairs in Burnley can repair Goretex...

When it dies I'm buying another.
