Maybe, maybe not. I’d be keeping an eye on it and carrying on. If would guess it’ll start to lose pressure slowly before actually going pop, probably bulging a bit first.
Even if it does, stitch it back up (dental floss) and a big patch on the inside will probably see it right.
(If I was going on holiday or riding a massive tour or similar, I’d replace it to avoid faff, but for local pootles I’d just keep on riding it)

Thanks. Seemed OK this morning (It probably will until it doesn't) I'll keep an eye on the pressure or weeping sealant, and then look at repair/replace.

I had this on a tan wall mezcal. Ended up with sealant weeping through in several places. Replaced it with the grey ones instead
It is a risk of tanwall tyres. But I'd just glue it down, keep riding and if air does start coming out put a mushroom plug in -
