If you are going to get one from on one, check stock and drive up there. Then you can pick out a Titus frame that isn't damaged. Having them send you one in post in my experience was a waste of time - two damaged frames and a load of hassle getting it sorted.
****ing shame because the FTM carbon looked lovely as do the EG's. I took my money elsewhere.

My FTM carbon arrived undamaged and all fine, as I'm sure have many others?
