Tonights ride was an easy one especialy for my mate JP whos is using riding his bike to loose weight. Only a short loop but it had one big hill and the "chimney" as a down. Next week we'll go a bit further. Feel free to join us.

Aint biking great ! The weekend I was flat out at a trail centre and tonight SSing on the Qs at a chillout pace. Tomorrow evening maybe a road bike spin along the cannal. If only the rest of my life was as straight forward.
