A pal of mine wants to get into a bit of biking but he hasn't ridden a bike for decades. I want to take him on an easy but scenic trail near where he lives in Galasheils. sort of granny trail / green route. Just to see how unfit he is / what level of skillhe has before taking him to Glenntress or Gypsy Glen
so - 10 - 20 mile route with minimal climbing but some nice scenery. Anyone got any ideas?
