A nice steady pootle along the canal and Middlewood Way with Funk Jr. Stopped At the park in Bollington and had a laugh riding down the steps to get there.
Worked most of it but Local woods Sunday followed by Hebden classics last night

I managed 4 hours of trail maintenance at Yair on Thursday
A rip round at the Golfie with some mates I've not seem for a while on Friday.
Then I spent most of the rest of the weekend lay down with a back/groin injury.
I won't post any pics of that up as it doesn't look great.
Finally got to ride the Marin trail:
Spent Friday and Saturday riding some amazing trails around the Forest of Dean - just so much fun!
