I'm looking for some help & local knowledge on routes around there please.

Easdon Tor & woods. Is the bw down into the woods signposted. Is it worth riding & then doing the climb up past Peck farm to do the Nutcracker rather than doing the Manaton/Water bw down to the bridge too far?

Yarner woods - is there any legit riding in there? if so is it worth checking out & are the routes signposted.

Thanks in advance

off the road past the farm yes it is but not where the trail hangs a right as you climb up to the tor, but you can't miss it if you have a map handy, a little ways up past the buildings it splits off on a traverse to the right skirting round way below the tor then drops off right then into the trees via an ace bit of st.

i reckon its worth it and regularly do it that way. i have to walk bits just past the farm though, the climb is tough and technical but the bit of st after that is ace to climb
