[Closed] DX P7 torch not working

I have one of the MTE SSC P7 torches from DX. It was fine last year but I came to use it the other day after not using it for the summer and it doesn't work properly/at all.

I turned it on and it would turn on but then started to flash while in a none flashing mode. Jiggling it around sorted it out temporally. But now it's not turning on at all. It's like it has a loose connection.

I have recharged the batteries, I also noticed that the bulb unit was a bit loose on its threads so I've tightened that up a bit too. Still not working.

Any ideas?
