hi guys,
any one had the same problem with a dt swiss rear shock. the thing just made a huge clunck and then, i lost my rebound and lockout. took the thing a part and found out that all the oil had blown through into the positive air can. i then took off the seal head to discover that the plastic retaining ring that holds the sealhead seal in place had snapped in two. i tried numerous other plastic rings to hold the seal in place, but its a no go they all pop out after a while. i've also emailed dt swiss (pace), but no reply.
help please??
