Has anyone had to file their dropouts slightly to get the 10mm bolt thru to fit all the way into the dropouts correctly?

yes. I had to flat off a small bump on the chainstay side. It was only a tiny amount and it didn't make any difference at all when I went back to 9mm QR.

The rear should already be 10mm shouldn't it, only the front is 9mm????
I have DT Bolt thru front and rear and not issues, and certainly no filing.
