My G13 that I'm lucky enough to own!
It's big enough for a start. I was a relevation being able to ride a MTB without banging my knees on the bars.
It's 160/130mm travel so not full enduro ground sucking monster
I love the made in Germany by very specific folk to specific standards back story.
I like being able to talk to the factory and get bits for it when I've broken them.

currently that yeti Hardtail...I'm doing mental sums/fantasy excels to work out my dream spec....so far it's just shy of £6K. I might have to just steal @Chipps' when he's not looking.
Also just a non specific Ti hardtail... Designing the spec and geometry of which keeps me occupied in dull meetings
I'd be happy with the one I have if it would just stop clicking when I'm peddling it.
If someone could clean it properly at the same time as sorting the click that would be even better.
I don't really believe in dream bikes, because really good MTBs aren't that expensive and I know that the really pricey ones aren't necessarily any better.
But if you gave me an unlimited budget and told me to pick a bike it'd likely be between a custom build Spesh Enduro or Geometron G1 - or one of those stainless Starlings. Or maybe an eeb.
A brace of (well, if I had to choose one then a gravel bike) custom Ti bikes from Firefly, each one with different but amazing ano artwork

Sub 16KG 160/170ish 27.5 eeb with full power motor and lots of Wh please. The Forestal Siryon is currently the closest but no one has seen one in the wild yet.

At the moment i would say a Transition spur and for a bigger bike between a nukeproof giga or cotic rocket max , and chuck in a Deviate highlander because why not 🙂
Mine is very specific, I nearly got as far as putting in the order before 2020 went A Bit Wrong...
I've got an old Trek Remedy 29- absolutely love it, best suspension I've ever felt on any bike. Done allsorts on it- enduro racing, uplift days, the mega, hundreds of runs in the tweed valley, it's old but it's still brilliant, and I've evolved it a lot.
Buuuut, it's a little short despite going up a size, and a little steep despite a longer fork and angle headset, and hte BB is a little high with 2.5 tyres in it, and I can only get a 190mm dropper post in it. So I thought, how about getting a new front triangle built for it. Could fix all of those at one stroke, give it maybe an extra 40mm reach and slacken it off,change the seat tube shape slightly to clear the pivot and let it take a longer post, drop the BB even if just to balance out the slight additional height from the tyres and fork...
But, circumstances changed and made spending all that money on this not a smart idea- I've got a size XL frame to try though. But it's definitely still my only real dream bike.
I don't know exactly what make model it is, but I'm looking to update my now rather dated Genesis Altitude, and I think I'm after something like:
Nice steel
'Classic' kinda looks
Geometry and finishing kit aimed at all-day riding around, mainly in the Peak, so capable uphill and downhill without being too XC racing whip or hardcore gnarpoon
Hardtail (probably)
Lowest gear equivalent to 24/34 on my current triple 🙂
I don't really have dream bikes anymore.

My dream bike would be a magic "ride any bike" bike. I've been looking at full sussers for 2 years and haven't got anywhere really. There's a bunch that would probably be great, and I could plunder savings to buy something very decent e.g. Deviate highlander, Airdrop Edit, Norco optic Trek Slash/Remedy(?), Yeti SB130 lunchride, transition spur, Cotic Jeht, Jeffsy/Capra, etc etc. with a nice/non ridiculous build - say SLX/XT, ally DT wheels, that sort of thing.
But I haven't because I'm clueless and it's a big wodge of cash to spend on something that's benefit would be going a bit faster on some trails than I do on my current bike.
If I ****ing loved one of them, that would obviously make the world of difference, but even on nice long test rides of the handful of bikes I've tried i nthe last 2 years, it's taken a good long while to work out how/where to push, where the envelopes are, whether the negatives are felt or real or relevant or able to be ridden round, and where the best geo trade offs are.

Dream bike? .... a sub 35lb 180mm Enduro slayer with properly water-tight e-bike motor complete with mega battery capacity to winch me back up the hills, no silly speed limiter, full AXS groupset and tyres that don't shred or go flat.
it's a dream because it doesn't exist... yet.
I'm not sure, at present I think the new Cotic Flaremax in purple, built with full XT and Hope, and a load of lighter parts.

I am riding one, its a HB130. Like all dreams the reality wasnt initially as good as I had hoped, however with a lot of adjustments its now amazing and really progressing my riding.
I am riding stuff only 6 months ago I walked and smashing pb on local trails I have ridden for years.
I however still lust after another bike. (Feels like cheating on your mrs) I have never ridden anything as good as this down a steep trail, it was however too slow on the up and i kept hitting my heels off the chainstay...
If I won a wadge of cash I would buy one with a coil in an instant and have it as a golfie/laggan/munro bashing special.
My problem is that my "dream bike" (and I'm not short of imagination there!) would be an absolutely useless nightmare on my very-much-not dream local trails. So dream bike has to live in dream world, while I ride "best compromise" bike. Ho Hum.

I bought my dream bike (also an HB.160 mid-2018) and it's mint. Now has GX AXS, DVO Jade, DT XM481, One up 210mm dropper (shimmed to 190mm).
Only way I afforded it new was stars aligning - insurance payout, selling old parts and a 0% credit card and don't regret it in the slightest.
Though now I have it, my new dream bike is an HB.130.

I'd have to sell the 160 and the BFe spares bike to do that. I have thought about it but have a fear that I'll miss out by not selling them in time.

It's also very difficult to drop down from such lofty bikes to more modest/less dreamy ones, even if functionally they are the same/better due to advances in geo/trickle down tech, or to improve them any further will be ruinously expensive.
Don't get me wrong, having these sort of bikes is amazing, but I guess the type of people that build them for themselves are always seeking out the latest and greatest 'what dreams are made of' kit, and the goal posts are always moving, there's always something new on the horizon. Then some cleverdick like Dangerholm or one of the supported insta pages comes along and makes your pride and joy look like a BSO.
I should probably see a psychologist/psychiatrist.

It changes all the time, but currrently I would love a steel -frame d bike, always loved the feel of them in the past.
Never ever been a racing snake so it would be far more specced towards comfort than speed. Never been fashionable a day in my life so brands,etc. would mean nothing to me.
Currently lusting over a Thorn Rohloff model or something like a Ridgeback Expedition or Genesis CDF.
Like I said, I have never knowingly been fashionable for a single day in my life.
Or, thinking about it, a Rose Activa.
Yeah, I'd be happy with any one of those really.

My dream bike is a bit different as I'm lucky enough to own a couple of bikes that I probably wouldn't swap for anything else right now.
The only bike I lust over is actually one I've owned, (well the frame) for a day before taking it back as the seat post wasn't finished properly.

Something about that frame design just looked right at the time. I bought the last frame in stock, realised it was damaged and took it back to swap for the fancy Cosmic Sunrise multi coloured paint.
Loved that bike and regret selling the frame on but as said I'd still have chosen the white one.
