In the last 3 days at work I have notice twice at Aberdour station young dudes with big Downhill bikes , Where are these guys riding at . ?
Im not a downhiller but I am very nosy.

Braefoot Point would be my guess.
There's a network of short, steep trails and jumps in the woods there.

Cheers Stuartie , First guy I saw got on at Aberdour and off at Burntisland so I thought there might have been runs at the top of Burnisland cliffs . Today there were guys on bikes heading in both directions at Aberdour so thats my curiosity satisfied.
