Hi,

I bought these forks last week off eBay. Was a last minute thing, and did not do my research. They were listed as U Turn but the sanction does not have the U turn markings, even though the U Turn works, also the lock out lever looks odd. It seems to work fine but is not sure if it’s a bodge of a number of forks. Paid a fair bit for them so would hate to have been ripped off.

What do you think?

Well they're fitted with the Revelation carbon lock out adjuster and the correct U-Turn adjuster so I'd say they're fine, just de-stickered.

They look like Revelation RLT Ti and that is the correct carbon lock out lever. Not so sure about your U Turn due to the lack of fork markings. However, it maybe a conversion like:

Yes it is possible to fit a Uturn coil assembly or dual position air spring system and you could also fit an RLT moco, but would be better off fitting a blackbox Ti moco and dual flow rebound assembly (as used in the RLT TI Revelations from last year.
For a performance upgrade, damping wise the cheapest option is to just fit a dual flow rebound assembly and a uturn coil assmebly, however once you've paid for parts and labour you would be not far short of a set of last years Dual position RLT ti revelations, if you can find some.
Euther way feel free to drop me a mail if you have any further queries
