Nope, but I have recorded mine for posterity

road bike
leave as much kit as possible at work
travel light; carry shirt, grundies and socks in a plastic carrier bag inside my backpack to keep them crease free and dry

Horrid headwind on way home , the last 6 miles to my door are all uphill up a horrendous hill......

Only when I'm on nights, in the summer, & only do about 4 out of 7. After that I struggle to pedal the 15 miles home.
