Yes it's an 'amusing' concept, but doesn't really work. I remember having some train top trumps when I was young, it included number of wheels and length, what was best!? Still don't know to this day. Scarred my childhood.
But yes, the only possible universal comparator I can see is price and 'number made'.
i already have that set - its a good laugh for 5mins, but it has quite a few mistakes iirc....
It was usually in the rules that highest number wins; though nothing stopped us making up are own rules. For example, road bikes would, obviously, always lose 😉
