The price difference would indicate as much.

Neither, both get outshined by all of the new slim profile pedals especially if you have large feet.

Kona Wah Wah
Superstar Nano techs

etc

After using V8s and V12s for years i would recommend.........
Kona Wah Wahs, just put a pair on and they feel much better than the DMRs!
Slimmer and prob a plus for you as they have a bigger platform.

They were a good price too, 50 quid off absolute cycles on Ebay with free postage!!

Wellgo Mag1's all the way here. Tried some V8's for my second bike and they were that heavy I sent them back and forked out for another set of Mag1's, like on the 1st bike.

Light and great.

diamond back do these which are identical to the Nukeproof ones
or try the Outland ones like these

we've had both in the shop and they are very nice (and better than my V12's) you local shop should be able to sort em

If your feet are the right size I'd have the V12 as they will last longer due to having cartridge bearings, and they're much easier to service than V8s.

The Superstar pedals are nice, but I think they're a bit big for my feet (size 9), or at least they feel like that. Pedals are quite personal though.

always used v12s or v8s (or the wellgo versions) but now I've switched to SS Nano Techs. Feet feel much more secure and they're lighter.
