Looking to source some wide velcro to use on my DIY framebag, after something similar to the stuff Apridura uses (Hyperion??) can anyone help?

Hi, Im making a frame bag at the mo, first attempt so not sure. This will be the prototype and if successful ill make another two as i have enough VX21 fabric. what have you got - drop me an email at

Hi, where did you get the Vx21 from? Do you prefer it cordura 500d?

Halfords are stocking super strong rolls of Velcro at the moment.

find someone who has bought a rolled up mattress from IKEA - the carry handles are an excellent source

Turneround, I have that double sided stuff. It's nice and thin and about 120mm wide.

I use the VX and the 500d. VX for the main panels and the 500d for around the sides where it's in contact with the frame. The VX is much lighter.
