So with 2 days to go.......is anyone from here entered in Gisburn Dirty Dozen this weekend? Its my first mountain bike events so starting to get a bit nervous about it!
yep 12hour solo with dodgy calf but a very well prepared pit crew setup 🙂
Any news on the course, and most importantly what tyres?!
Im in a pair for my first one, however dont have the well prepared pit crew! I think the course is just the inner loop of the 8 but with the fireroad climb at the cross over point on the full route thrown in just to get the legs going.
Say Hi when you go past a 23year old far too tired to be that age on a bluck stumpy fsr!

The course is (or was last time, anyway) the bottom half of the red route - once you've gone up the steep bit of fireroad climb, where you'd normally turn left to do the full red route, you turn right and head back towards the D&P.
Forecast is for sun, so the trails should be nice and fast 😀
