Anyone (in the UK)had any luck with getting their battery changed as per the recall/ upgrade?. I've been Emailing them for a while now and have not received any response.
Do Dinotte have one of those e-filters that stop "America's precious bodily fluids" from being contaminated by evil foreign email?, or have they simply stopped the exchange.
