can you not remove the whole fixing bracket - retap the hole and use a lumi bracket? Thats what i did with a hid with the same bracket as that
or a new hope bracket (or even an old metal one)
I already have one mount which is OK, but fancied just leaving a permanent mount on two bikes

it is an identical clamp just remove the central bezel thats all - only thing that makes em single or double is the length of the bolt
