You could always call the last named number in the call history, they's probably know who's phone it is, the owners name will come up on their display. Or search for Home.

I was enjoying the peace and quiet, then heard the owner %$!?!?@!! as he realised. Had a chat then rode our separate ways.
It belongs to Richard Sparks from Tankerville St, Shrewsbury; I know cos he put a message on facebook - look him up on there is your best bet. Track him down quick cos he works offshore a fair bit.
Post back here if you cant get him.
