Could have sworn I saw a news story about a successful funding bid for it a year or two ago but heard nothing since and can't find any mention of it now. Should I put down the crack pipe?

Tilhill manage Longridge Fell. A year or two back there was some t'interweb speculation about trails there but it was just that... speculation.
