Currently wheels are alex rims on deore hubs that came with the scale 60. Mainly use it for commuting with slicks and a little xc.
Merlin are doing the wheel set for approx £80 deleivered at the mo. Stated weight is 2.1kg. Would these be much of an upgrade?

Not sure about the weight difference but it doesn't seem like too much of an upgrade to me really.
