Hopefully he won't have his liberty much longer let alone be able to drive

Maybe he's denying dangerous driving so he can admit to superduperultramegaappalling driving?

Just a thought like.... ๐Ÿ™„

He has admitted drink-driving and failing to stop after an accident.

...

The court heard that following the incident last August Mr Adams attempted to hide his Peugeot van at his home address.

Probably get off with a warning and a few points - may be a suspended sentence or hefty fine...?

I know of small business / self-employed types who argue "vital for their company" and avoid the driving ban

How does this come to court? Surely his legal advice would have been to plead and take the book full on. As retribution the case comes up just as cycling hits a high. Good scheduling.

I guess it comes to court because he's denying the charge. Maybe his brief thinks he can get off!

Looks like the law's going to come down on him with full force.*

*A one-year driving ban and a three month suspended sentence, most likely

Like I said - probaly lining up the old, it's vital for this small family business type argument

This calls for a Fillion.

pissed, cant see, does not stop, hides vehicle

Surely he will do time for this and never be allowed a licence again?

Shocking but not surprising
