[Closed] Delta pedals - DIY service?

Has anyone serviced a set of Superstar Delta pedals? I've had 2 sets, the bearings / bushings on both have worn after 6 months or so. I've had one set warrantied , but would rather sort this myself.

Question is, how do you get the platform off the axle?! There are 2 x 4mm plugs on the outside edge of the pedal, but removing this doesnt allow the platform to slide off the axle. Is there a circlip or nut somewhere?

And is it possible that something just needs tightening up, rather than a full service?
