Should these click when you turn them so you can feel how many clicks you've actually turned?

Having a little set up on a bike i'm testing out and the rebound feels far too fast but when I try and change I find it hard to tell how many clicks i've made.

The inner two click, the outer two turn (can't recall which is which). The manual refers to turns for two adjustments and clicks for the other two.

So is a turn a full 360 degrees worth of turn, so the two outer adjusters (the larger gold ones) will turn 4 times (1440 degrees)?

A turn is 360. DO NOT keep on turning if you feel resistance or they will pop open, spew oil and parts everywhere and that will be a trip to tftuned.

Theres more of a feel of a click (notch) than sound.

turn is slowly in the quiet and you'll feel them click.
