After rattling my fillings out at BPW today I think it's time to ditch the MoCo in my Yari forks.

My options semm to be, in order of price ascending, Novyparts Splug, Charger 2.1 RCT3, YariUp and Charger RC2. Originally, I was planning on going for the YariUp because it seemed to be the best compromise between price and adjustability but I've now found the RC2 for similar money.

I'm not a "fiddler" but I am prepared to spend the time setting it up properly, but do I really need the high and low speed adjustment of the RC2 or will I be happy with the easier, but coarser, set up of the RCT3?

Having both high and low speed adjustment helps you get the best of both, like a supple, plush fork that is also playful and poppy.

I have high and low speed compression and rebound on both my fork and shock.

Doesn't the yariup also have multiple compression damping adjustments?

Anything will be an improvement over the moco though, it's very poor over fast repeated hits as you've found!

My 2019 RC2 Lyrik was v easy to set up and feels great. I gather the 2020 version has slightly softer HSC which suits most people better.
