Too busy this year, but that looks good fun.
It would be a great to do it at mid summer.

Duffus will be fun to go down but the amount of climbing will be fierce.

Could make a Mtb route using the rallycross track.

I think Mark Beaumont did a 3 minute lap round the track on Sunday during the BTCC event to publicise this.

1.3 miles in 3 minutes would be 26mph average, round that hilly course, that motorbikes do in around 55 seconds, seems pretty good to me.

It's a circuit, what goes up...

It's not bad of course, but I'm not bowled over! Plenty of people go quicker than that over 10 (not flat) miles, let alone 25.

To be fair going quick over a short distance is hardly Mark Beaumont's forte

Indeed, which is why I thought it odd as a selling point!

The fact he'd done 200 laps in a day would be more his forte and more impressive!

I love road riding but can't think of anything duller! Knowing the area and the quality road riding that passes the circuit would make the event torture.

I must say that a 24 on a course that takes 4 minutes (say) strikes me as paralysingly dull!

Now I just sound really negative, ignore me!
