Ordered something on Tuesday Lunchtime - Account still says on order not posted - Anyone know if they are normally quick/slow as never used them before?

what is it you've ordered? With surgery mail order, depending what you've ordered it may have to be transferred from one of their stores to the mail order dept depending, which can take a little bit longer depending where it comes from.

Yeh I got an email today saying I should get it Tues as its comming from one of the shops - no biggy just asked them rough ETA - they have been very good at communication so far - very impressed with their CS 🙂 Cheers Pinches 🙂
