Anyone stayed around the area in a B&B that they can recommend?

Cheers 🙂

Bikers Retreat, Dolgellau. Not stayed there for a couple of years now but always found it to be ideal place to stay, very bike friendly and run by a really nice and helpful couple. Not sure what it's like these days or whether it's even in the same hands, but worth considering as an option.

Cae Gwyn Farm is good, close enough to ride to the centre as well.

Cae Du in between the ffestiniogs is good, really nice food and awesome scenery.

Tyn Y Groes Pub, great food plus biker friendly. 1 mile down the road towards Dolgellau from the trails.

run by two very enthusuastic mountain bikers! They run an mtb training company too & do guided off piste (i.e. not at coed-y-brenin) rides.

Stayed there last Sept. for my 30th. Great times.

This place was called Clifton House in the past - best food in the area at a reasonable price and nice owners and very nice rooms. Shed for bikes so relatively mtb friendly
