i am looking for a small computer to go on my handlebar, I just want to show heart rate from my wahoo tikr.
any recommendations?

Looking at deals on ANT+ compatible monitors then this is currently on sale. I've no experience of it but data sheet says it should do the job you're after, and can't see you getting something cheaper without going second hand.
