Which tyres for the CX Sportive - 60% road, the remainder being farm tracks, bridleway and singletrack.
I'm thinking CX semi-slicks... but which ones?
Not wanting to cross threads but i have a brand new pair of Schwalbe Sammy Slicks (Cyclocross sized wildgripper sprints basically) that need a new home? They would be spot on, file centre tread with side knobbles.
Ive got maxxis Mudgrippers on mine but theyre a bit aggressive i'd think?
Above sound about right. Would certainly go diamond file with some side knobbles.
