What trails are open at the moment? Can't seem to find any up to date information anywhere?

Good questions - I was thinking of going there on the weekend. Is there not a social media page for it ?

Pedalhounds is closed from today and the second half of Cafall was closed still when I rode there a few weeks ago (and haven't seen any announcements to the contrary).
Usual source of information is the MTB Ranger South Wales FB page.

i went last thursday. All of twrch is open but very little of cafall is open.
you can pretty much only ride the first ascent up to the end of quadzilla then it's a fireroad descent back down tho the start.
