Where is the best place to get these from?

Without clicking that link - I guess it'll mention Purely Custom on the states. Cheap, fast delivery and good.
Goldtec do them in many colours.

Goldtec do text caps. Got one for my wife, but forgot to remove it from the bike we sold. Doh!

I ran into the same postage cost issues with Purely Custom and dropped them an email querying the charges. They replied that they were looking into cheaper international alternatives and would let me know when they had something set up. That was a few weeks ago now and I've not heard anything since, but hopefully they will sort it out eventually!
Postage was free both times I used Purely Custom - was a few years ago though.
I've also dropped them a line. No point in having international postage if no one's going to use it. $100 to post a top cap from the USA is ludicrous.
There will be some new stem top-caps coming from Goldtec soon that take the bottle top's too. I'll post some pictures up when I've done them 😀
