Help! Just changed the freehub body on a 2012 Crossmax ST hub and all apeared fine and spins OK until it's tensioned with the QR skewer when the body/cassette then gets stiff to the point it won't back pedal. Have taken apart and reassembled but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Missed out a spacer or bearing not seated properly?

Thanks both, otsdr, what's the source doc for the pic and instructions as on the 2012 tech manual can't see any spacer on the exploded diagram?

That would be the... [url= http://www.tech-mavic.com/tech-mavic/technical_manual/data/docs/themes/2_13.pdf ]2009 manual[/url], which has nothing to do with [url= http://www.tech-mavic.com/tech-mavic/technical_manual/data/docs/themes/2_16.pdf ]your wheels[/url], sorry :). Maybe the replacement freewheel is for a different year?
