im 6 ft 1. there is loads of threads on size guides for the CC, and i concluded a 58cm is best fit, but....most people seem to use drop bars, but if i want to use flat bars (or on one marys), would i need a bigger frames??
anyone use flat bars on a CC? what size is it/how tall are you??

I use flat bars and deliberately went for a smaller frame, 52cm, as I want to keep it more upright/flickable for winter commuting over potholes at night - I'm 5ft 10
So you can probably stick with the 58cm
