Ordered a GXP BB from them last night (reserve and collect) because they had it in stock according to their system. Went in first thing this am and they had the order but couldn't find the bit. i was slightly miffed as i'd made the trip specially as they had it in, but the shop doesn't run the stock system so couldn't be too annoyed.
However - they checked around local stores, found one that did, got another staffer on a later shift to go over and get it and I've just collected it now. OK it cost me two trips but i thought that pretty good service.
best of all - order online even if you collect from a store and they have 25% off currently. So i got the BB and a fitting tool for less that the cost of the BB at RRP.
