My 2006 Kona's creaking, specifically when I pedal with any more force than "pootle"... I'm pretty sure its related the the front end of the drivetrain so does anyone have any suggestions as to what it is?
It's not the BB - I've just changed the RF Evolve BB (as it was shot anyway) and its made no difference....
It's not the pedals/cleats as I swapped pedals/shoes and it's still creaking...
It's not the seat/seatpost as it happens when seated or standing...
Suggestions? Anyone else had similar on King/Kikapu's?
I'm thinking maybe crank bolts or main pivot, but don't want to strip down the suspension unecessarily.
Cheers
Keith

take the chainring bolts out, grease them, and put them back in again
