Always looked at the CRC "Your Orders" page and thought I'd never have the courage to tot up my spending over the years.
Just bit the bullet, and it turns out it's just a paltry £1,819.19! (including 1 bike, and upkeep of 4 others)
Surely you can beat that!
I'm sure I can, but I don't want to. I totted up just CRC quite some time ago and it scared me then .. especially having never bought anything big from them (bike, frame, forks, wheels etc etc)
CRC - probably about 7k, no complete bikes though. All my orders up to a couple of years ago show as £0.00 though. About £45 of that 7k would be card fraud (obviously refunded!)
Probably spent about another 12-15k at other shops over 15 years (Merlin, Wiggle, Triton, Winstanleys, Harry Hall (when it was under the Corn Exchange), Leisure Lakes, NWMTB). £3.5k on fleabay, probably sold £1.5k too.
*places fingers in ears and goes 'nah!nah!nah!'
(and is also grateful that of the 75 orders I've placed at CRC over the years the majority are showing a zero value)
