more importantly, why are you ordering bike stuff- thought you were totally banned from riding?

I too have crc love..

three chains, and a ring... all neatly packed and speedily delivered.

Hopefully my new x2's will arrive from winstanleys just as quickly.

praise here aswell, but only because they're cheap. sunline v1 bars in '745' (turns out to be 737mm 😐 ) for £20 delivered. took a week to turn up though.

I've not had one order correct in the last 5 over the past 3 weeks...they keep sending me £5 vouchers to say sorry right enough! Been defecting to Biketart as they are always next day with e-mails telling you when the parcel is due...plus they give free sweeties 🙂

A bit perdantic there. Would you really notice 4mm extra width at each end?

Ordered from crc they let me know 4 days later they were out of stock and gave me a refund 7 days later, so I had to wait total 11 days to re-order as I didnt have the funds to reorder again straight away. (Reordered from merlin who have not failed me in 14 years and have amazing customer service.) Pretty annoying when it is sunny out! so yeah royal mail is good but not amazingly impressed with crc

From what i've heard crc's new packaging actually saves money, and, is more enviromentally friendly.
but then again maybe we all offset that when we make a journey to the sorting office.
