I bought a pair of Crank Brothers Acid 1 pedals from CRC just before Christmas.
I'd really not used them much (50-60 miles) but the bearings were shot and the axles loose. I use all CB pedals (mostly candys but also Quattro and eggbeaters) so know they don't last for years with no maintenance but this was unusual.
I contacted CRC who said to send them back. I then got an email saying the pedals were off to the suppliers for inspection. This was about a week ago.
Today I got a brand new pair of boxed, retail Acid 1 pedals through the post from CRC.
So thanks CRC (and 2Pure?) for the excellent service 🙂
