Just use your email address you have registered with CRC in the voucher code box. I didn't initially get the email from CRC but my email address still worked fine
The code is your email address/CRC account name, but I guess it might not work if you were never sent the email. It says in the small-print in the mail that it has to be the address you use to log in on CRC. HTH.
Thanks, my original account doesn't exist according to the CRC website. I had to set a new one up. Bummer!
I've just ordered some stuff that was discounted from rrp.I have an e-voucher but found i couldn't use it anywhere on the order.
Does it just apply to goods at full retail?
I just put my email address into the e-voucher box for something that was already 50% off and worked fine 🙂 The box is present in the checkout before you pay 🙂

It worked for me using the email address the voucher was sent to even though this isn't the email address associated with my account.
I've probably "only" spent a couple of hundred quid with them this year. Is that why my email address doesn't work, and I haven't been sent a mail 🙁
There's nothing I desperately need, but 10% off might encourage me!
